An #Enchanted Launch Party: Part II
Last week, we shared an enchanting recipe for Sparkling Vanilla Strawberry Lemonade from our Wonderstruck Enchanted Taylor Swift launch party. This time were going to reveal two dessert recipes from the party that you can make at home!
Let’s get started with these recipes for the deliciously sweet “Mini Raspberry Crème Brûlé with Popping Candy” and “Decadent Chocolate Brownies Sprinkled with Edible Glitter”!
One of the main ingredients for these desserts is – Vanilla – which is also the main inspiration for the Enchanted fragrance.

Mini Raspberry crème brûlé with popping candy
- 150 -200 fresh raspberries
- 300ml double cream
- 300ml full milk
- 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 6 egg yolks
- 5 Tbsp sugar
- Extra sugar for topping
Place 7 or 8 raspberries into six ramekins, reserving the rest for garnish. In a pot, bring the cream, milk, vanilla bean, and zest to a boil.
Remove from the heat, remove vanilla pod and cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar until light in.
Slowly add the cream, and mix well. Strain the mixture into a jug. Pour evenly among the ramekins.
Place into an ovenproof dish filled with water to the custard level. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until set.
Remove, cool, then cover and place in fridge overnight. Before serving, sprinkle each ramekin with a tablespoon of sugar.
Place the ramekins under a very hot grill, or use a blowtorch to caramelise - this process is very quick, so make sure you don’t get distracted.
Serve with the extra raspberries. You can also take the crème brûlé out of the ramekins and place it in a chocolate basket, as per our picture.
Decadent Chocolate Brownies Sprinkled with Edible Glitter
- 225 gram (1) cup unsalted butter
- 500 gram (2 ¼) cups sugar
- 280 gram (1 ¼) cups Dark Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 340 gram (1 ½) cups All-Purpose Flour
- 450 gram (2) cups chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 10w x 15h jelly roll pan or a 9w x 13h pan.
For guaranteed easy removal of the brownies place a baking sheet in the pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, or in a saucepan set over low heat, melt the butter.
Add the sugar, stirring to combine. Stir in the cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and vanilla.
Whisk in the eggs, stirring until smooth. Add the flour and chips again stirring until smooth. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake the brownies for 28 to 34 minutes, until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
The brownies should feel set on the edges, and barely set in the center.
Remove the brownies from the oven, and cool for at least 1 hour before cutting.
Use a square cutter to cut as many squares as possible out of the brownies in the pan.
Dust off all pieces with edible glitter.
Good luck #Swifties with preparing these delicious desserts!
